Make fine silver jewelry with an introduction to working with Precious Metal Clay (PMC). This clay is amazing and the possibilities are endless! The first class will include designing projects, making textures, manipulation and joining techniques for both soft and stiff unfired PMC. The second class is for finishing projects -- drilling, filing, sanding, polishing and using a patina to enhance the texture. Students will have time and materials to complete a number of pieces depending on size, finished projects can be pendants and/or earrings. Additional charge of $60 paid to instructor for materials.
